Daxtra Search Nexus and Daxtra Capture are now integrated with the TriSys Cloud Platform, to help customers reduce the time and cost per placement through powerful search, match and automation.
Daxtra’s AI-powered products are built using natural language processing and search technology. Daxtra’s integration with TriSys will allow users to streamline their recruiting workflows.
The new Daxtra Search Nexus integration will allow TriSys users to search and match candidates and requirements in their TriSys database, as well as from job boards, social networks and more, without leaving TriSys. Daxtra Capture will allow TriSys users to automate candidate data management, so they can create, update and deduplicate candidate records with ease.

Daxtra Capture is a workflow solution that can automatically manage candidate data in seconds. It can also seamlessly load candidate data into your CRM, ensuring no duplicate records are created.
The goal of this integration is to enable all TriSys customers to source, match and shortlist the best candidates faster than ever before, increasing productivity, reducing time to deliver CVs and generating additional revenue for your business.
Currently, Daxtra solutions are available in TriSys Apex Recruitment Software. Enabling Daxtra in the TriSys SmartClient Recruitment Software
and Desktop Application is part of our product roadmap.
Once you have licensed the solutions you need from Daxtra, there are three ways to use Daxtra Search Nexus within TriSys:
When opening a contact record, you’ll find the Daxtra menu located in the top right.
Choosing either option will open Daxtra Search Nexus on a new browser page. From there, you can run fully integrated workflows, like shortlisting candidates in TriSys, adding candidates to saved searches and more – directly within Daxtra Search Nexus.
When opening a requirement record, you’ll find the Daxtra menu located at the top right.
Clicking either of these options will open Daxtra Search Nexus on a new browser page.
Just like with contact records, you can run integrated workflows within Daxtra after selecting an option from the drop-down menu.
You can also open Daxtra Search Nexus directly from the left navigation bar (expand “Saved Searches” to see the Daxtra Search Nexus menu).
